A Rickshaw Puller paragraph for class 6,7,8,9,10 SSC HSC

The man who pulls rickshaw for his livelihood is known as a rickshaw puller. A rickshaw puller is a poor man. He pulls rickshaw in a town or a big city. He is generally seen near an office, a school or a market. He is also seen near a bus stand or a railway station or a ferry ghat. He passes his days working very hard. He hires a rickshaw from the owner on daily basis. Then he comes out on the roads and streets in search of passengers. Everyday he works from dawn to the late hours at night. His job is very tiresome and difficult. He sweats because of his work. His work needs physical strength. His work has negative effect on his body. He has to work in the sun and the rain. 

He earns a small amount and somehow keeps body and soul together. He does not have a rickshaw of his own. so he has to give the lion share of his income to the rickshaw pullers behave well with the passengers. Sometimes he quarrels with the passengers for high fare. He demands high fare when a school or an office breaks up. He lives in a slum area. He maintains his family by hard work. He cannot provide necessary food and clothing to the members of his family. He struggles hard to maintain his family. His work is very useful to us. But his social status is low. People generally look down upon a ricksha puller.
