Food Adulteration Paragraph
A substance added to a food-item to reduce its quality in order to increase its quantity is called as an adulterant. This act of addition of the adulterant in food-items is known as food adulteration. The addition of adulterant may be intentional or accidental. But generally the adulterant addition is intentional. The major reason for the intentional addition of these adulterants is for increasing the profit margin on the expense of the health of the public or consumer. Food adulteration has become a new problem in the country. People do not bother what they are having as foods even they know that it may cause them much harm.
Some adulterants enter via agricultural steps, as they are not cleaned well. These are visible adulterants like stones, leaves, soil, sand and dust to name a few. The consumer can clean them and this makes it less harmful. Other adulterants that are intentionally added are invisible or they are made invisible by astutely camouflaging with the colour or texture. They are generally harmful for the health and most of them lead to serious health problems like cancer. Table of Contents
However, there are hardly any food items from fish to meat. vegetables to milk; biscuits to juice that are not adulterated in one way or another. The hotels and restaurants are also serving these poisonous and including diarrhoea and dysentery round the year. And Adulterant reduces the quality of the food and this weakens the health of the one who consumes them. Thereby increasing the cost for healthcare.

Regular intake of an adulterated food can lead to many health problems. From curable to incurable disorders and diseases can ruin one's lifestyle and life as well. Recently, the government and general public have been much worried about this issue. The government has set mobile courts to detect and punish dishonest people. And at least some steps are taken by the conscious people of the country. For example, they are trying to avoid some of these foods. But it not enough. Both the government and public have to work together in order to eradicate this problem. Whatever remains the question and whatever the answer is, understood is the fact is that it's a social crime and many are in need of good health. Food adulteration increases the burden of health in the society. So it must be removed from the society.
Early rising Paragraph
Early rising is the habit of getting up from bed in the morning. It is a very good habit. It is essential and good for health. This habit is of special use to a man in various ways. The man who rises early in the morning can take some exercises or a walk in the morning fresh air by the river side or the open field. The morning air refreshes both body and mind. Then the air is full of oxygen. There is a calm and serene atmosphere every where. One can enjoy the beauty of nature in the early morning.
Nature smiles in the morning with colourful flowers and green leaves and the chirping of birds is also heard in the morning. All these make them cheerful and healthy. The beautiful gifts and colourful nature in the morning remind everybody of the Creator. One feels like to pray to god. An early riser has many advantages. He can start his daily work earlier. He had nothing to worry. He his never in a haste. As an early riser has enough time to work. He can earn more and become wealthy. So the habit of early rising is the source of health. Wealth and wisdom. An English proverb says. Early to bed and early to rise Makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. So everybody should practise early rising.
A Winter morning Paragraph
A winter morning is misty and cold. There is dense fog everywhere. Sometimes the fog is so dense that the sun rays can not get through it. Even things at a little distance can hardly be seen. Brid’s chirpping is not heard. The cow and other animals can not come out. But it is not so in every morning. Dew drops fall on leaves and blades of grass at night. They look like glittering pearls when the rays of the morning sun falls on it. Village children and people have hardly warm cloths. They gather straw and dry leaves to make fire to warm themselves. The old and the poor bask in the sun in order to warm themselves. People in general and children get up late. So everyone is busy in taking breakafast, dressing and getting ready fro going on their respective places. In a winter morning one can enjoy delicious and sweet cakes. Payesh of date juice and many other things. The scene of the winter morning vanishes as the day advances. The sun goes up and the fog melts. A winter morning is enjoyable in many respects.
Child Labour Paragraph
Children from 8 to 12 years of age has to do manual labour. Many of them work as domestic servants and maid-servants. Sometimes they are engaged to work in the fields, in shops, hotels, restaruants, small factories etc. They polish boots, sell chanchur, badam and vegetables. They work as porters. They catch fishes and sell them in the maarket. Though labour is sacred, child labour is a crime. The people who engage them take full advantage of their minor age and their helplessness. Children enaged as house servants or maid-servants have to work from early morning to late hours at night. They have to work, so to say, fifteen to eighteen hours a day. They are not allowed any recess and recreation. They are always dealt with abuse and reproof. Very often they are punished mercilessy.

They are foten compelled to take rotten and inferior food. In fact, they are not treated as human beings. They have similar ill-treatment in the hotels, shops and factories. Minor boys working as richshaw pullers and factory workers often face accidents, lose their limbs and pass their days as disabled persons. Then they have to live as beggars. But as a nation we cannot remain simply silent observers. We should realize that future of our county depends upon the children of to day. A country of children having poor and ill-health will expedite the degeneration of the nation. So all sections of people of our country as well as the government should give serious thought to this problem. Child labour should be stopped by law. Education should be made compulsory for the children. Poor parents should be paid allowances to supplement the income and be asked to send their children to schools. Children coming from poor families should be given free books and kits.
Drug addiction Paragraph
Drug addiction means taking heroine, opium, marijuana, morphin, cocaine, phensidyl etc. Some of these are taken by smoking or through injection. There are many reasons of drug addiction. Firstly keeping bad company is a major cause of it. Secondly, when young people do not get employment, they become frustrated in life and get addicted. Moreover, lack of family ties, lack of love and affection etc. are the reasons of drug addiction. Besides people use drug for intoxicating and stimulating defects. But the effect of drug addiction is very grave. The frequent taking of these drugs lead a man to death. Drug addiction is not only a national but also a global problem.
This addiction gives rise to social crimes. When the addicted can not afford to buy drugs, they commit many kinds of social crimes like snatching, looting, plundering killing, robbery etc. Drugs bear a terrible effect on human body. They kill them slowly but surely. No physician can stop the changes that take place in the body of a drug addict. Drugs addicted people feel drowsy, lose appetite and sleep. The skin of their bodies began to change its colour. Drugs also damages the brain and all internal function of the body. However, this curse should not be allowed to go on unchecked. At Any cost we must get rid of this social cancer by highlighting its dangerous effect on human body and society.

In Bangladesh the drug problem had become so acute. Thousands of families in cities, towns and even rual areas are directly or indirectly affected by it. Recently, Bangladesh is often used by the international drug smugglers as transit of transmission of drug from one country to another. Drug business is punishable and the highest punishment is death sentence in Bangladesh. This law must be enforced immediately. Parents must be careful about their treatment to children. When each and every person is sincere to drive this curse of drug addiction from the society. The human beings can get rid of it.
A Tea Stall Paragraph
Tea stall is a common sight in our country. It is found in cities, towns, bazars, railway stations, bus stands and even in villages. It is a small shope. In a tea stall there are few chairs, tables or benches. Prepared tea is sold here. Biscuits, cakes, loafs, bananas, cigarettes and betel leaf are also sold here. There is often a boy or two to serve tea to the customers. The manager sits behind the cash box and collects money from the customer. An ordinary tea stall is dirty. A kettle is always kept hot on the stove. A tea stall opens in the morning and closes late night. A tea stall is a popular place. People of different ages and classes come here. They take tea and talk with one another. They discuss on various subjects. They also talk on village politics, national and international politics and on current affairs. Sometimes customers raise a storm over a cup of lea. A tea stall is an important place of social gathering indeed.
Environment pollution paragraph
Environment pollution means the pollution of different elements of the environment. The main elements of the environment are water, air, land, animals and plants. When these elements are polluted it is called environment pollution. Our environment is becoming, polluted everyday for several reasons. The inconsiderate acts of human being polluted by the destruction of forests and the filling up of wetlands, rivers and canals. Mills and factories use many poisonous chemicals. They throw their waste products into rivers and canals and thus pollute water. Steamers, motor launches and even engine-driven boats pollute water by throwing oil, food waste and human waste into the rivers. Massive industrialisation is an important cause of environment pollution. Industries emit smoke and pollute environment.

Smoke from motor vehicles also pollutes the environment. Water is polluted by industrial waste, river erosion and launches and steamers. The farmers use pesticides in their fields. Rain and floods wash away these chemicals in the rivers and canals. And lastly, rapid growth of population is polluting the environment. Environment pollution has a dreadful effect on our life. Environment pollution causes climate change, heat waves, cyclones, erosion and droughts. It also increases increases the temperature in the atmoshpere. So, it is obvious that we are heading towards a disaster owing to environment pollution.
The ecological balance is being lost as a result of environment pollution. The environment pollution is a threat to human existence. We should plant more trees to stop environment pollution. Farmers should use natural or green fertilizers in their fields. The government should relocate hazardous industries like brick kilns to areas away from human habitation.
